TLScontact Cape Town- Disgusting Service.

Reading reviews on Hollopeter echoes my frustratingly poor experience with this entity. They offer zero assistance, value add or expertise to the client, and the fees forced upon you for so called "add on services" are borderline racketeering in my view. I incorrectly app**** for the wrong Visa type- why is it not part of their process to assist a client during the so called "interview" process to avoid unnecessary delays/ visa refusals and extra cost- money making racket!! Just to have an out-of-town family off 4 (we are 800km round trip from nearest office) have an appointment on the same day attracted an exorbitant fee of some R8400.00 for basically taking biometrics and that's it....no further perusal of our applications or assistance whatsoever- an absolute ****. What finally leads me to write this complaint is the fact that they are a faceless entity not contactable per telephone (and refuse to call me despite more than one request) which is the worldwide norm in any legitimate business, I would think. This company hides behind their on-line "get in contact " request which takes 3 days for a haphazard meaningless generic response each time. Our UK Visa's were refused more than 2 weeks ago, yet despite having paid an outrages R300 per person to have our Passports couriered back to us, we still have received nothing and no correspondence from any couriers or more over nothing meaningful has been communicated from TLScontact (should be called TLS-0-Contact). I urgently need my families' passports back as I have made alternate travel plans, however TLS simply don't give a hoot. Between the UKVI departments total lack of empathy and the disgusting non-service from TLScontact, it's not surprising all the unhappy reviews. The fact that they do not bother answering a single complaint on this forum is testament to their poor attitude towards their forced "clients" and arrogant disposition as a so-called service partner to the UK embassy. In the real world of business TLS would not last 6 months- fortunate for them though, their clients are forced to go to them.
