TLSContact, a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Prior to my appointment at TLSContact in Pretoria last week, I had difficulty making an online appointment and started browsing the web to find answers. I came across one complaint after the other and I started feeling slightly nervous ambout my visa application. I decided to drive through to UK TLSContact in Pretoria in desperate need of help.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that every staff member that I had enteracted with was really friendly, kind and helpful! Lemeez T. helped me to get my process started and she was really eager to assist me. The entire process was quick and easy and I quite enjoyed my time there.

I was very impressed with the great service that I recieved and I am grateful that my experience was the exact opposite of all that I had read in other reviews.
