TLSCONTACT

I submitted my application for a UK VISA on the 3rd of July 2019. The waiting period was 15 working days. It is today already 15 working days and no feedback till now. I tried to contact them but no contact details are available. I NEED MY PASSPORT URGENTLY to apply for a Canada visa. Because of no contact details I have to drive 200 km to find out about the progress. My refefence no: GWF***. I am really disappointed.
