TLS zero customer service

I actually have no Idea why I had to pay for a service that is totally useless. TLS is suppose to help you with VISA's and make sure you app**** for the correct visa and make sure you submit the correct paper works. They had done none of the above and cost me a fortune and loads of waisted time which could have been prevented if they actually did their job.
