Dont waste your time with tls. They dont know anything. That is the standard response we got from them after eventually gettong through to them on their numbers provided. I apoke to a lady who was even shouting on the call and i asked what she is shouting for. Because i kept asking her what she is saying since she could not pronounce the details i was looking for.

We cancelled our appointment with them. And actually after the experiece still had the courteousy to call and say that we did. My wife couldnt get through and sent an email. This mosy incompentent company responds with the same mail they sent to me on a totally different category of question which stated contact uk gov. Wow. Their useleness was epic. Any this i suppose is job creation. No hope for this company and i do hope that is the case because people who meant to ve in a eased mood only get frustrated with them. Rather go with mds or vfs.
