TLS UK visa terrible service GWF***

I app**** for a UK visa over 15 days ago and still don't have a response. I've called and mailed to no avail. The call centre for Europe is very rude. The UK TLs division don't have a phone number and don't respond to emails! This is terrible and expensive service and I would advise all to avoid this company!
