Tls Sandton a ****🥹

Wish I could even rate them zero!!!i app**** my uk visa with tls contact Sandton,it happened I went back to work while my visa was still in process,they sent me emails saying my visa was out and they were giving me 28days to collect it.It happened i came back before the dates elapsed,i went to Sandton to give them back my passport so as i get my visa,i was told to come and collect it the following day. The following day i went there only to be told i need the checklist to collect my visa,i went back home to collect the checklist,when i came back the receptionist told me i had already collected my passport the previous day,of which i had not,and my passport was still with them,and she told me I should wait,shes is going to check it inside,to my surprise she came back with my passport without the visa,I still haven’t got any reasons why they didn’t put it,Sandton is just a ****!!!i paid for the services hence i still don’t have answers to my questions
