TLS issues wrong visa dates

I was forced to use these people to apply for a transit visa at Heathrow airport as I was flying with British Airways. From the outset I got the impression that the staff was just going through the motions to earn the fee they charge and they did not disappoint. I paid for their assistance in preparing my application but finally the visa that was issued had the incorrect dates. I had to cancel my flights and other bookings as a result of their inability to issue my visa correctly. I tried to get the fee they charged refunded but they refused. It is sad that we are forced by Embassies around the world to use people like these.
