TLS CONTACT UK VISAS

I had booked a free self scan (unassisted) appointment for both my parents online, Two visas for the UK. After my dad's appointment this morning, I called them to check if all went well. They had to make an additional payment at the counter! Someone is taking money from clients who have made full payments AND have the emails to prove it! Shocking!! I surely hope they give refunds.
