TLS Centurion offers the worse service and headache!

What a horrible experience! I went to Centurion TLS for my Shengen visa, which should have been an easy process. When the agent saw "Dr" on my credit card, everything went bad from there. I needed to write an affidavit what I am doing in Europe. Declare my business, show proof that I have a practice and and and - although I was going to attend a conference and not going to work. This went on all day. I requested a multiple entry visa but when I received it, it was a one time entry and I was only allowed to stay during the week of the conference. Upon my return I contacted (called, emailed and completed website contact sheet) to request a refund as per their website, if you attend a trade fair, you can request a refund. No one comes back to you. They just say they never received your mail. When you call them - if you can get hold of them, they tell you they will investigate but never come back to you. Horrible service!
