They could learn from VFS!

<p>I had to go there yesterday to apply for a French Shengen visa. This place is a mess. The biggest problem is, there is not enough space. So on arrival they group people together - outside in the cold. Because of space problems they have a delay, so you start off being late for checking your documents. Once inside it is so crammed in, that you fall over other people's feet and bags when you try to make your way to a checking desk. Once that is done you go and stand in a que to pay. Clearly staff are not happy as the young man working in that office was highly irritated with his colleague who decided she was going on a break and leave him alone to continue with the work. She even cracked a joke with him and his dismay....professional.....</p> <p>The next stage was the "best"....the biometric service. The call-out screen system did not work. They had a young man there with an ipad calling out names. His English was poor and to be honest his attempts to call out Asian names was difficult to describe.....he made a joke of it. Humiliatinfgin a way, I would say. There was not enough seating space in this area. If I did not asked the lady who later took over from thisn "clown" I guess I would have sat there till closing time....</p> <p> </p> <p>VFS was by far BETTER and more professional. Guess none of these countries are much bothered and go for the cheapest way out to get a job done. Does not go with French style or chicness though......</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
