Terrible and pathetic user interface with ******* charges and no support

If there was a 0 star, I would give that to this, never have I seen such a rip-off service with pathetic customer care and damn difficult steps to navigate.

I am an IT guy and I know when you design a website just to rip people off, is the one that this site is designed for.
