We app**** for our UK Visas at the TLSContact Centre in Pretoria. Our experience was awesome. Appointments made and changed without any hassle. On the day, we were in and out in 15min (total for 2 applications). Staff not too friendly (I guess it's the nature of the business), but VERY efficient! Collection process was exactly the same!
