Shoddy Service

Incredibly shoddy service. I waited 8 weeks for my visa with no response. I eventually went this morning, sat around for half an hour, and they said my visa was ready, but I should return after 2 pm. I returned at 2 pm, and a certain Musa was incredibly rude and sarcastic to me. He does not make eye contact, just looks down and barks orders. Like he is doing me a huge favour. I hope I do not need to go to the UK anytime soon because dealing with TLScontact has been the worst experience I have had regarding visa applications.
