Shocking service

Worst customer service ever. No communication, impossible to get updates or track applications, don’t give a sh*t attitude. This shocking service will cost me new flights and a world of frustration due to having to change travel dates. Unfortunately our complaints fall on deaf ears and there’s no other service providers we can use for uk visas.
