SHOCKING AFTER SERVICE - or rather lack of it as there is none

There is absolutely no follow up route for documents that are missing, emails are not responded too. I am waiting for my sons passports to be returned and we fly out in four days. Mine has arrived but not theirs. Absolutely disgusting services from the entity how can you not be able to be contactable, the website does not answer your specific question at all, shocking all around
