Paid Service that's not honored by TLScontact

I paid for a service to deliver my Passport directly to me. I have not received my Passport back. I submitted a request via the website as there is no other means of communication with this company I get a mail back to state that my passport is at the branch. But asking why did I pay GBP 50 for a service that they can not deliver on.
