No customer service

No customer service. No one answers the phone, replies to left numbers or respond to emails. I have had two incidents with the TLS centre in Centurion. 1. I was going as an exhibitor to a conference in Germany and was told that the cost of the Shengen visa would be reimbursed but it never happened. 2. Recently I app**** for a Shengen at this office and they sent my application to the wrong embassy. It was returned and since I have been struggling for a refund. No one replies No one answers calls No one comes back to you
