No Contacts for appointment applications going wrong!

I am trying to book biometrics but am unable o as the site continuously indicates one of the applicant's VLN numbers already exist, and I cannot save, or confirm the applicant to the list. I logged a support item under Contact us as there are no number/chat functions, and on submission, the site gave me an error saying Oops, Something Went wrong. How do I proceed. This is REALLY unacceptable!
