Money Making Visa Application Centre

The Pretoria Menlyn branch is nothing but a money-making racket not providing any assistance when applying for a Visa. One cannot communicate with them! Trying to follow vague prompts on the UK website when applying is a nightmare! South Africans, until very recently, did not require a Visa for the Republic of Ireland. Travelling via Heathrow it clearly states that if one is transmitting, only a Transit Visa is required. We submitted all our supporting documents with my application, I was told to Pay and visit the Centre. Weeks later I was instructed to withdraw my application and apply for a UK Visa. Options here were "Business" , or "Tourist - visiting friends or family" which I was NOT. Staff at the centre said I should claim a refund for this unprocessed application. After numerous e mail messages, the have refused!!
