Money making racket, hopeless service

I app**** for a UK Tourist Visa through TLS on 26 May 2022. I selected their premium / VIP service offering for which they charge substantial fees. I also paid for a "passportless" service due to another travel arrangement I had in the weeks prior to my UK visit.

No contact, no updates, no way to track the application. I went to their offices on Monday morning (by now the 6th week of the Visa application) to track the progress (I am flying on the Thursday). No feedback was given, a promise to call to provide me with an update, which never happened and an undertaking to escalate my application given the imminent travel arrangements.

There is no service, no accountability and absitleu no value this service adds to the application process. I am now having to cancel all my flights, arrangements and bookings, having spent a significant amount of money with TLS to provide a level of comfort I would get my Visa in time.

TLS is an absolute money making racket exploiting a situation where people have few alternatives. Appalling!
