Misleading website

TLS Contact Cape Town worst customer experience EVER!!! No where on the TLS website does it mention that you have to live in Cape Town to apply in Cape Town. Apparently if you live in the Eastern Cape and your business is in North West, you are not allowed to apply in Cape Town. The staff will not even try and assist you to get an (earliuer) appointment in Johoannesbiurg.
