Lounge fee (R800) chraged as a walk in fee.

We app**** for German Visums at TLS. I made an appointment with documentation for me and my husband. With his autorization to apply for his visum as well. They carghed me R800 ( showed me the Lounge Fee) as a walk in fee because I did not make 2 appointments. Not any ware on the website does it show this fee or that I had to make 2 appointments.
