Lack of service

TLS service is non existent. They gladly take your payment but offer zero customer service. The Durban office couldn't even be contacted by phone or email. I have no feedback and my flight leaves in a few days. Its a total ripoff. The UK government needs a better solution than a useless agency that can't even escalate your query.
