Extremely Slow Processing Time

App**** for our Schengen Visas at the TLSContact Centre in Johannesburg. Contrary to the Pretoria Centre (where we received excellent service, in and out in 15min), here our experience was totally different. Two applications took 2 hours & 15min. There is no signage in the building. The application process is not explained upon arrival. Staff is not very friendly. You are requested to make an appointment, I don't know why, because they are over booked and cannot keep to the appointment times... They can certainly learn from their Pretoria Branch.
