Disgusting customer service

Shocking shocking experience. Called TLS for help on a query for the UK, called the general contact number given on the website. Only to be answered by a terribly rude and useless employee, who hung up on me 4 times. She proceed to tell me to get up and go to the contact centre, which I told her I work till 7:30pm and am unable to go there and if she could assist me with contact details for the UK and she said no I must look on the website, which I then told her the very number I am speaking to her on was the number on the website to which she proceeded to tell me she cant help me and its basically not her problem, and hung up on me AGAIN. I then called her back and said its impossible she cannot at least give me an email I can contact and she then proceeded to HANG UP AGAIN. I then made a final call where I asked to speak to someone else as she clearly is unable to assist me, to which she said no one can help me and hung up again. I have never experienced such shocking service in my life. Your call centre needs to be reviewed asap.
