Disappointed customer- U.K. visa

I’m so disappointed with the service and the lack of consideration .

I app**** for my skilled work visa on 21 May 2022 4 months later i haves received my passport- no communication regarding the cause of the delay. Instead my agent is being blamed for not checking emails they didn’t even receive.

Today I physically went to their offices in sandton and the guy I spoke to didn’t even care enough to explain why I still don’t have my passport- I got the same response- we will escalate and you can go to the website and escalate.
