Delay edvisa, no explanation

Today's day 17 since my aunt and I's appointment. We did our biometrics on the 23rd of April and went this Wednesday to collect as told by my agency and was told 15 days will be today, Friday the 17th of May. Today was I told they aren't ready andthey even said it's day 16 and they are not sure when they'll be ready. And the same lady who told me the visa's would be ready today was so rude and didn't want to hear anything from me which is strange because i expected her to apologize for making me come back for nothing and advice what I can do to resolve this matter. My flight leaves on Monday, please can somebody tell us when we can get our visa's. GWF ********** 12 and GWF ********** 76, It's as though our process only started on the 15th of May.
