Clowns

Staff are great, but the business terrible! I paid for UK visa and received an appointment email for bios and to bring in documents . However, after driving 100km to the appointment, I was told that I would have to pay R 650 to scan the documents that they asked me to bring, despite UK site & their email asking to bring documents. I had to rebook two weeks later (another 100km) and then they charged me an exhorbitant amount for an sms, despite the fact that the info should be emailed. Now into the sixth week of waiting, and no way to contact them. The service is a joke.
