Bad service. Lack of feedback.

TLS contact's Terrible Service and lack of Insight. I app**** for Visa on the 30 Aug 2021. I have not received my Visa no one can tell me why.

Who can help me. The app is not very helpfully. The same status for the last week.

In the past my experience with them was good but this time I'm very unhappy.
