An Absolute Disgrace

I am so sorry that you have to give a star to write a review. This company is an absolute disgrace in terms of customer focus and feedback. Handled my visa application to the German Embassy. I have been traveling to Europe for the last 30years frequently (at least once a year). I knew I was under pressure because I app**** two weeks ahead of time instead of 3. They took my application and my money and I tried to follow the progress on the web. When time got critical I tried to reach them NUMEROUS times by e-mail (more than 10 times) and by phone (More than 12 times) and left my number as instructed. Up to now, absolutely no reply either by e-mail or telephone other than an automated mail stating how they appreciate my feedback. I am now seriously out of pocket due to an absolute lack of interest and response from an absolutely hopeless service providor. ( I also tried the EMERGENCY telephone line at the German Embassy ***) more than 40 times and as yet, it has not been answered.
