9 months waiting for repayment of VISA overpayment from UK

<p>In August 2015 I made a payment online to TLScontact for VISA services thinking it is the actual payment for the VISA. Within 24 hours I notified them electronically about this error and also provided them with copies of the emails when we had our interview for the VISA. This I followed up in person in November with the supervisor at CT, Michael Nico Abrahams. I have several electronic communications as well as SMS messages between us in which there is an indication that the money will be paid. I subsequently have provied evidance from my credit card statements that this money has NOT been paid to me as claimed by them . I have tried contacting him - but ALL my calls and messages are ignored. The amount owed is 1644.30</p>
