213 Pounds charged incorrectly for service not provided, Card charges not reversed 1 month later....

<p>On the 6th of May I app**** for an EEA family permit to visit the UK. Since I was only in SA for a short period I was recomended by staff to buy the priority processing service. During the application it transpired that this does infact not apply to EEA family applications and the form was duly completed to reverse the charges. This has more that a month later still not been done.</p> <p>Comunication with this Cape town TLSontact centre is also impossible from where I am in Mozambique.</p> <p>GWF***</p> <p> </p>
