100% SATISFIED with TLS Cape Town Office

I am personally satisfied with the service I HAVE received and I am sorry for everyone who experienced the opposite of what I did. I created the online profile on 26 October 2022 and booked an appointment for 4 November 2022 at their Cape Town office. I received few reminders of the appointment and I eventually went when my time came. EVERYONE from the security lady at the door to the last person who took our biometrics was AMAZING. NO ONE made us feel intimidated or some type of way. The lady who received our documents? I'd rate her 100+. Our visas were approved on 8 November 2022 and we collected the passports on Friday 11 November 2022. Even the collection office staff is pretty amazing and I would NOT fault a thing.
