Absolutely terrible service by 'Pretend Bar Manager!

just now NEW Just witnessed the manager, the "blonde" full figured "manager" not give a damn about a fello elderly couple that complained about the food, then after going to the bar to sit by the bar area, literally passed out!!! (An Ambulance was called ) She was so not interested in helping her and shouting at other patrons not to say a word!!! She is sooo badly trained and very bad people skills!!! On more than one occasion they serve alcohol passed the liquor licence which we will be reporting ( only their chommies get to stay later ) watch out for these clowns!
