Complete disregard to client requests. Tineco South Africa ignore their clients

Appalled at the service received from Tineco South Africa. Complete and utter disregard to client requests. a Pity that such a great product is met with the shocking after service.

All we have requested is assistance with the service of our S5 machine, dont care about the warranty and prepared to pay for the service, only for Tineco South Africa support to completely ignore client requests.

We own 2 machines and if your service was what kept you in business, you would be down the drain by now!!
