broken after 8 months

never ever buy anything from TIneco. expensive vacuum, stopped working after 8 months, within warranty .logged warranty, was told i have to send back via takealot, then have to pack up this huge machine to return via takealot instead of company coming to assess and repair/replace. terrrible experience for a premium priced product and you should rather just buy a dyson
