WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Timberland has the worst service ever and they are using the lockdown as an excuse for poor service. I ordered shoes on the 24th of July, my order has been processing since then. The 10 days for delivery has even lapsed and my order has not been dispatched. When I reach out I am promised it will be dispatched, and when I communicate to cancel the order my emails are just ignored. First and last time buying anything from here!!! And I want my refund ASAP!
