Very disgusting they should change their brands name i bought 2 pairs of timberlands boots in march for eid the 1 pair broke withing 3 weeks i took back their response to me was its wear and tear and that the shoes wasnt used for its purpose and refusing to fix the shoe and declined a refund so far i have bought from them a few pairs of boots 1st time i return a pair so what they basically telling me is that their quality isnt what they advertising and that i paid a arm and leg to pay more for the shoes to be fixed im sorry but not goin to leave it like this so im doing this now so that the proper ppl can speak to me and come up with a solution
