TIMBERLAND Complaint Customer Service JHB CBD
Greetings

I very disappointed and disguised by your returns exchange policy, which I cant seem to get a soft or hard copy , in essence each branch or outlet relay a different message or communication based on a company policy,yo be honest,it seem to me every shop got each own company policy, with snippets of what i could describe as a consumer charter or company values

29 May 2015, 15:44Hello im*so*mad*now,
Your posting is utterly inarticulate and fails to mention any complaint that you have against Timberland.
Our exchange policy is quite clear and consistent throughout our stores.
Further to my discussion with you, I now understand that a refund was not issued to you because of your failure to produce any proof of purchase. You had also intended to return a product that was bereft of its original packaging. This was clearly communicated to you by our store personnel. This is a requirement not only at Timberland but at any retailer.
Regards,
Bashir
