Timberland Clear Water Mall Appalling Service

On the 17/07/2015 I purchased a pair of Timberland boots (Junior Classic Boots) at the TImberland store World Wear Shopping Centre for R1999.00. I purchased the boots for my sister which were a size 4UK but after fitting she found they were slightly big so I went to my nearest Timberland store which was Clear Water Mall to exchange them for a size 3.5junior<br> <br> I arrived at the store and explained everything and asked for an exchange, I produced my receipt and they checked the boots which were in the box and in the original plastic bag and the assistant informed me they did not have the size 3.5 at the moment and would call me once they had stock. I was given a credit not and told I would hear from them in two weeks or so. <br> <br> Sadly I received no call and decided to go to the store and was told the shoe was still not in stock and that they would call. Two months went by and I received no call yet again and I went to them and got the shock of my life when I was told I had to pay an additional R600 for shipping costs. Excuse me but what does that have to do with me and exchanging shoes I bought cash and which were not on sale. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH TIMBERLAND I WANT MY MONEY BACK
