Timberland
On the 29-10-2022 I went to Sandton timberland store I bought the timberland boots and I was advised my one of the employees to also buy the boots cleaner, conditioner and protector for the boots and told that it is wise to spray the boots wen I get home before I wear it so that it can be protected from the rain or any other sort of liquid and after spraying it I must wait for 24 hours for it to dry only to find out it has left a stain which it can’t be romoved I went to the store for more than 3 times they couldn’t help me wit anything than telling u must an email to their operations I refused that then they sent it on my behalf until today they telling me not of stories that I don’t understand I really need my refund because I had plans when I bought this boots on the 5th this month so I couldn’t even wear wat I bought and now on Saturday this week the is a function somewhere I will love to have a timberland boots since I love it

The Operations team has conducted an evaluation and no product defect was found. The item in questioned was cared for incorrectly – Wear and tear is NOT a manufacturing defect.
Upon assessment it was concluded that the shoe in question has been exposed to incorrect cleaning.
Damage caused onto the shoe by incorrect cleaning is not a reflection of the quality of the shoe but a reflection of misuse.
