Timberland Bad Service

I returned my boots that got damaged within a short period after purchase I returned them at Rosebank. After not getting any response I was told to send a email to *** it has now been over a month and I have not heard anything from them, I have sent several emails but did not get any response not even an email acknowledging receipt of my emails.

Timberland sold me a counterfeit product. The store said they will replace the boots, its been over a month and I have not heard anything from them. This is really a terrible service I'm getting.
