The worst online shopping experience ever.

I recently purchased a shirt i had planned on wearing to a wedding I was attending from the Timberland Sa online cyber Monday promotion deal. I needed the item delivered to me within 7 days of placing the order since according to their website they had a delivery turn around of 2 to 5 working days to get the item to me. Upon placing and paying for the item I received 2 email's from @ Timberland Sa the first one requesting a bank wire transfer be made in order for the item to be successfully shipped to me, the second email confirming the order. Naturally I relaxed Thinking all was in order and thought to myself that I'm going to receive my order in time and still look half decent for the wedding I was due to attend. Four days later I had still not heard any feedback from @ Timberland Sa and I then decided to do a follow up by tracking how my order was and I was shocked to find they were still waiting for a bank wire transfer when the money was paid from my account to their's in the same banking group. I then decided to call and the 1st mistake the lady who answered is the person who handles such quires is not in the office because she's stuck in traffic and will only be in after ten. She never asks me for my contact details so my my call could be returned instead I should rather call back after ten. I then called back after ten and spoke to the person who is responsible for shipping and after explaining the dilemma I was having,I provided her my unique ref number and indeed confirmed that the total amount for the item was still outstanding and requested that I send her proof of payment. Immediately after the call I sent the proof need for my Order to be processed and shipped to me, the next I called and was told this time that she was out of the office and only be back after two, I called again that afternoon and asked if she received proof of payment and my whether my order was now confirmed and was shocked to learn that not only did she not bother to do a follow up but payment was yet to be confirmed after more than 24 since proof of payment . The excuse she gives is I'm sorry but I haven't had the time to check my emails and again requested my ref number, and promised to send it to the person responsible for confirmation of payments. Fair enough I had try understand. The next day half a day goes by and I don't receive any feedback from them, again I decide to call this time I'm told she's on a call and my call would be returned. Almost an hour goes by and I'm still waiting, again I call them and unsurprisingly there's no progress and after asking a series of questions one of the responses she gives is the people who do confirmation of payments check them whenever they get the time which led me to question not only @ Timberland Sa integrity and how important was my query to them. No solution Still to the dilemma I was having because it was now 2 days to the wedding and the solution she now brings forth, I can try the item shipped to you once confirmation of payment was made by 9 am tomorrow morning but I'm not promising anything. I'm now thinking it's 2 days to the wedding and I still don't have I spent my hard earned money on and I'm now relying on a I can try but I'm not promising. I then decided to cancel the order and requested my money be returned to me once payment was confirmed. My banking details were required and I emailed them once the call was concluded. So now not only did not have what I paid for but have now had to make other means of getting another shirt to wear. Not only was all of this a huge disappointment to me from a company I had supposed since I had my first job aged 21. My guess is after this I'm never again going to spend my hard earned cash on that company, something should seriously be done about the level of service and the lack of competency and professionalism In that company because I can bet you I was not the only one who was left disappointed by them. And as I'm typing this I still don't have my money back into my account where it belongs and it is now 13 days since I made the initial purchase and payment and a further 6 days since I requested my hard earned money back.
