Terrible service

Terrible service from customer service agents. Placed and paid for an order on the 30/11/2020 and still haven't had a response from Timberland. Placed an order before that and received the incorrect size. Was contacted by Lerato who stated she will check stock and get back to me but she hasn't rep**** since a week ago. Disgusted by the service received from such a well known brand.
