Terrible customer service

I am so angry having to run after Timberland online while they have my money and not sending my parcel has been so exhausting. They responded saying they will dispatch my order this week , when I sent an email asking what’s the story this time around they said that they apologize they can’t find the boot that I ordered. It was sold out and due to a glitch on their system the boot was not labelled out of stock . After waiting for so long me making efforts to follow up i get stories again what a worst customer service. Hopefully I don’t have to run after them regarding my refund.
