service is terrible

i keep trying to call them to find out the status of my order that i ordered and paid for on Tuesday, and it just rings or i get put through to someone who ends the call... and i have emailed a few times. if someone could please contact me about my order it would be appreciated or else i can just cancel my order and get a watch at fossil... may thanks
