RETURNS

I bought a shoe on the 24th December for my daughter.. I lost the slip as it was the day before xmas.. I called 2days later The shoe is still brand new and in the box.. I just want to return it for a bigger size.. and the store is refusing. I don't want my money back at all we just want something that will fit her.. Timberland is useless. There customer service is the worst. I would have understood if the shoe was worn or the box was damaged..
