Poor service

I bought a Timberland trail force S1 smar****ch, the heart rate monitor is extremly inaccurate. When I am in the gym my watch says that my heart beat in weight training mode is a lot lower than when I just test it. It differs with +-20bpm. I can not use any of my data recorded as it is not accurate.

I reached out to them via email and the response was, that they can not help me because I didn’t buy it online but in store. The closest Timberland shop to me is over 200km.

I will not advice anyone to buy from Timberland as the service is very poor. Will not buy another Timberland watch. This is sad because I have a few Timberland watches but I will never buy from them again.
