Poor quality

Bought two pairs from Timberland and both pairs have defects which means they it’s poor quality. I took both pairs to the branch to show them the damage on the shoes and we were promised to be called back and no one called. Two weeks later I then called head office to let them know that we are still waiting for the branch to call back and give us feedback regarding the poor quality of the shoes. The branch only called us after head office called them. The lady at the branch told me that Timberland won’t help me because it’s past 6 month. I explained to her that it’s not a shoe that I wear daily hence 6 months has passed. I’m a very disappointed with Timber and after paying lots of month for the shoes.
